How too's of safer sex with Modified partners

I have been wondering this for a while...
I run in the fetish circle where body modification is very common including genital modification.
In fact I am peirced. My hood.. wich does not present much of an issue it doers not interfer with condoms.
However what about the guys?
I recently saw a guy with one through the head (not a PA) a jacobs ladder 15 implants and another under the scrotum.....thats ALOT of metal in one cock.
He says he gets laid alot because women want to excperience a modified man... and I can see that.
BUT can a modified man use condoms? do they break tear? is it safe? aand all those pericings don't they make you more suseptable to STD's since it would be east to have little breaks in the skin around the implants and peircings?
any one have info on this?

    One most certainly can!

The word I heard is that Pleasure Plus condoms work particularly well..

On most jewelry there are no sharp edges, everything is smooth steel... so there is nothing to tear.

The same is true on using latex barriers for cunnilingus...

Obviously if there is some crazy spiky jewelry in someone’s genitals... you might insist on something smoother so you can have a barrier between flesh and fluids..

P.S. I perk for the “I can’t feel anything with condoms on” crew (and those who love them)… the piercing adds stimulation… especially when griped tight by a condom… just what the doctor ordered..

Here is the answer from SFDH

      Hey Buddy -

      So the simple answer..

Yes generally speaking, condoms can stretch and when used correctly (i.e.
correct size and plenty of lube) will work efficiently with multiple
piercings. Common sense needs to play a part as well in the type of jewelry
as well - is it smooth or sharp etc.

Once a piercing is healed, it doesn't hold any extra risk - but the poster
does raise a good thought. Often times on a male (or female), genital &
nipple piercings can be pulled or when during sex they are over used, can
have small tears. In this case, that may cause an additional port (or
doorway) of entry into the body.
This could make blood- transmitted infections such as HIV or Hep C have
easier access into the body if they come into contact with someone else's
      blood with HIV/HEP C.

      Hope that helps

      Frank
